Distance
I just have to say, “Thank you.” to Lindsey S. who wrote, "Distance." Every single word she wrote, were my exact feelings. She wrote, "You talk about her like she’s gold. I have no one to talk about." I literally had tears in my eyes. I used to think he was going to be mine. But then he says I'll find someone who I will be happy with. He wants me to be happy even though he’s holding some other girl. "If you could only understand the way I was feeling. But communication was lacking." Lindsey says in her poem. It made me pick up the phone and call him and say, "I love you, don’t let me go." and all he could say, "I promise." Lindsey, just for writing that poem you changed my life and I will never forget that. Thank you.
