If I Were President
In “If I Were President,” Alexa talks about different agendas and items she would change if she became president. For example, changing the color of the white house or writing her own speeches. Then she says that eventually it will all be too much to handle.
I agree with Alexa Cucopulos in her writing, “If I Were President.” I think being president would be fun, for a while though. Having the power to create change, or just the fact of being on top would be an indescribable feeling, but with all those perks comes responsibility. When it comes to change it has to be for the good of everyone, not just yourself or just certain people, and with being on top everyone’s eyes are on you and only you. After a while, it’ll all become too much because it is an enormous responsibility. Therefore, I agree with Alexa; we’ll leave it to the president.
