My Diving Injury
One day when I went to my dive team practice, It was my turn up on the board and I chose the highest board available, typical me,and what I didn't know was that the board got partially unscrewed and instead of my feet going into the water like they were supposed to, they went ino the concrete instead. So from 20 feet in the air to 0 feet and on the concrete in less than 10 seconds. And if you can imagine that traumatic injury in your head, you can visually see how discontoted my feet were. They were so bad that the impact had burst almost every blood vessel in my leg. They had to rush me to emergency surgery to fix every thing but that one surgery wasn't enough for that bad of an injury. So after that in the next year or so I had 9 more surgeries to fix my legs. It hurt so much and I missed so much school that I got held back and I am a straight A student in all of my classes. Hopefully you will never have to go through that like I did.
