Bullying can be a great issue among young people. Bullying is an act of harrassment that can undermine the victim physically or mentally. Cyber bullying is also a form of bullying that is done over social media and internet. Bullying includes picking on someone, taunting them, and beating them up. More than 160,000 kids stay home each day to avoid getting bullied. Bullying can cause stress, eating and sleeping disorders, and depression to the victim.

As we talk about bullying and how horrible it is, the first question that springs to out minds is why people bully others? What is the reason behing making others feel worthless? The answer to this question is simple. It's because they think it's fun to mess with peoples feelings and make fun of them. They bully other kids to entertain themselves and their friends. Bullies think it's cool to bully someone and it is a way to express their superiority. You cannot tell a bully that what they're doing is wrong and expect them to stop because everyone is doing the right thing according to their logic.

What should I do if I see someone getting bullied? You should stop being a bystander and immediately defend your friend against the bullies. You should also tell an adult about the situation. Your parents and teachers will always be there to supervise you. You should help your friend get over this situation and also talk to the bully, figure out their problem and try to make a compromise and make sure that it never happens again.

Kids and teenagers all over the world suffer bullying but what can we do to help them generally? We can orgnize events to help raise awareness. These events will discourge the bullies and restore self-confidence in the victims. It is our responsibility make a stand for our friends who are getting bullied and defend them against any harm. We should participate in anti-bullying activities in and out of school.

Bullying is never okay. We should always discourage people to bully and encourage the victims to take a stand and stop getting bullied. We may not be able to change the world ourselves but together, we can make a difference in out community.
