A Revelation
The man stumbled into the empty street. He couldn’t feel anything, and couldn’t see anyone. Looking for any sign of life, he explored the ravaged city. No one, nothing. He opened the door of one of the better looking buildings, when a huge stone chunk cracked and fell off, right on top of him. His vision cracked, like a broken and glitching screen. He pulled himself out of the rubble and attempted to check himself over. The second he saw himself, he froze in shock. That wasn’t him; it couldn’t be. He was in the body of a robot.
