Around the year 2050 a new life form was discovered. This new form of life would later be called the Salamec. A race of highly intelligent aliens they soon brought the Earth to its knees. After escaping to the moon the once inhabitants of Earth banded together to form the HRF (Human Resistance Force). The HRF soon won multiple victories against the Salamec. Then in 2054 the Salamec did the unthinkable: they exterminated all life on Earth. Enraged, the leaders of the HRF sent a huge strike force to eliminate the Salamec’s home planet: Neptune.

After the primary attack failed, units from the SIR Project were dispatched. After only a month’s time Neptune was obliterated.

Scientists believe that all life was destroyed on Neptune but who knows there still might be a Salamec presence…
