The mysterious girl in the dark clothes that always had her long, straight hair over her face, just stood there…watching, a menacing look in her eyes…
I looked up at her and reached for her, longing for her to help me.
“Please, Eva… Don’t!”
She smirked and turned away from me, then walked into the darkness where I couldn’t see her.
“No!” I screamed, and then the surrounding darkness engulfed me, blackening my eyes, thoughts, and lungs.
