A young girl would sit by her window sill every night and look up at the stars. One Evening her father walks in and says, "Why is it that I find you looking up at the stars every night, my love?" and his daughter responds with,"I want to be that star," and points up to the brightest star in the night sky. "Why so?" The dad asks and she says,"If that star can inspire me to be my own then I want to be one...so i can inspire the world." Now this was a very broad statement for the little girl to say, so her father said," I can't promise you that you can be that exact star up there in our sky of a million wonders, but I can promise you that you'll be someone one day." The young girl sat silently for a while by her fathers side. Finally breaking the silence she says, staring up at the moon, "I want to be that someone right now," as she then focus' her eyes on her fathers face. The dad then smiles and hugs her and says,"You can, anyone can, sometimes people are just too scared to try." "Well I'm not scared," the young girl started,"there may be millions of people in this world looking up at that star right now, but I don't want to be the same as them, I just want to be me..." The father laughs and asks, "Then how are you going to be different?" The young girl pauses and thinks. She then closes her eyes tightly and the father asks, "Now what are you doing, darling?" and she says, eyes remained closed shut, "I'm pretending to be the sun." The dad hugs her even closer and whispers, "One day you'll realize that the sun is actually a star, and no matter where that one star is in a sea of a trillion of its kind, that one star always has the potential to burn brighter than the rest..." <3

The message I want my readers to understand is that everyone is different and there is nothing wrong with attempting to be different and to live without the fear of being judged.
