Frozen Brakes

On a cold Day in January Isaac was driving his old car. He came to the intersection he tried to stop, but his brakes were frozen. He swerved his car to avoid hitting the Van in front of him. He tried to break again but still no reaction. As he tried to break nothing happened to the car. He swerved in and out of traffic while juggling with his phone in an attempt to call 911. All of the cars around him honked. Suddenly a cement truck appeared out of nowhere he tried to swerve but it was too late.
