30 Years Later
The year is 2052; I fell asleep while driving. This may sound terrifying to you currently, but this is normal for us. My car drives itself. We have decided that technology is better than anything the human mind can comprehend; this is why we decided to elect a robot as president of the United States. Other countries have started to follow this trend and are also electing robots as their leaders. As humans, we have emotions that get in the way of our decision-making skills. Robots remain calm and rational, which is what's best for us.
