Say hi
You said hi. I wish I knew why, you didn’t say it for days after. I couldn’t wrap my head around it. And that one faithful day i opened my locker like normal and saw a note float to the floor like a feather. I picked it up and opened it. The first thing I see… blood running down the paper like tears ran down your face when I turned around. I looked down to see blood running down your forearms and thighs. Your last words to anyone was to me and all you said was “ All you had to do was say hi.”
All that was heard from that second was a crash and crack as your skull hit the tiled hallway floor. You left a pool of blood and a burden on me.
