It was just another ordinary day in the middle of summer. I was board as usual, with nothing to do but some worn out hobbles was tired of doing. Then I told my friend what he likes to do and it went all downhill from there.

He told me he love doing this hobby of playing the Ouija board; he said he plays it every chance he gets. I told him I don’t want to play with just two players, which was just an excuse not to play. He said, “Oh it won’t just be you and me, we will invite Josh and Pete as well, they wanted to play ever since I got it last year.” So we went to the abandoned cemetery in Jordan road, but we made sure it was after midnight and no one but us four knew we were going to be there. Then Sam, the guy with the Ouija board, took the board and we started to walk to the cemetery 26 blocks away.

As we were walking I was looking all around me thinking that this was not right, like I can since something terribly wrong was going to happen. We finally reached our destination and it felt that we were walking for hours but it was barely 12:15 and we left at exactly midnight. Then Sam and Pete were looking for a good place to but the Ouija board, I suggested let’s put it on the floor, then the crack head Josh, who did every drug knew to man, pointed out an alter while smoking a marijuana blunt. So Sam laid out the Board, but before we played he gave us five simple and what seemed to be easy rules. He stated, “Only ask yes or no questions, say hi before you start, say bye before you leave, don’t let the triangle fly off the board after we start, and whatever you do, do not let the triangle touch you.” That last one kind of bothered me, don’t let the triangle touch you, was this thing possessed?

So we started off with all of us saying hello to it, and it started moving by itself. I asked the first question, it was pretty basic just to see if this thing was telling the truth. I asked, “Is Josh a serious drug addict,” and it answered back, “Yes.” So know I know it’s telling the truth, next was Josh and the question that he asked was really depressing to him. He asked will he die in the next 24 hours. The board answered back with a yes, so it freaked him out and he left after that. Next was Pete and he asked would anything ever good happen to me and my family, and the board answered back No. so mad with anger he left and it was just me and Sam and just before he asked a question the triangle touched him he said goodbye to it and it the triangle stopped moving. I asked him, “Why did you say you couldn’t touch the triangle?” He said, “Because, the sprit inside will poses you.” Concerned he went running home and so did I.
As of the morning of tomorrow Josh was found dead on the floor and detectives stated that he committed suicide with butcher’s knife. Pete and his family’s business went banked overnight and they are now living in a homeless shelter. As for Sam he is in a mental institution because he went crazy. And me, I was the only one unaffected, and that was the first and last time I will ever play that demon board.
