Make a wish
In a flat landscape with nothing around for mils sat a single well. It was only 5 feet deep with 2 feet of water, the bottom materials were unknown for it had a coppery sheen to it from many pennies. The top and sides of the hole were gray stone bricks and it had 2 short dark wooden beams attached to a cute little roof of match shingles and wood, connected by a decorative pulley as if a support beam. Around the well were little patches of buttercup and patches of wild lavender. In the corner of the rafter and beam was a little sparrow nest which was currently empty. In the wishing well there was probably about 5$ worth of pennys, which may seem like barely anything but for pennys it was a lot. What would you spend it on? Or would you even take it? After all, maybe that would curse your wish. If thats so, what would your wis thats worth more than 5$ be?
