This is the US military group #16, mission Find The Source.  Two days ago, we got a message from a lab on the outpost of Arizona.  It was a code black. That's the worst of them all.  We haven't got any message since that.  Now my men and I are going into the factory.  Before I go in I grab my friend aside.  I don't know if I will see you again, I say to him.  This looks like we aren't dealing with the normal criminal.  So I just want to say, thanks for being by my side.  Then, I walk inside with my men.
Ok, we are in front of the Lab.  It looks like there was something that happened.  The Lab trucks are all over the place.  Some on the side, some flipped over.  And some on top of people, I try not to look too close at that.  I send out 1/8 of my men with my second in command, and my personal best friend with them, to search the outside.  Then I tell 1/6 to guard the outside.  The rest of my men come inside the Lab with me.
The inside of the Lab is as bad as the outside, if not worse.  We walk out to a suspended walkway over the Lab machines.  They look like they were ripped apart by a knife, or claws.  We walk to the doorway across the walkway.  Then, all of a sudden, we hear a scraping sound.  Then the steel cables on one side that are holding up the side of the  walkway break.  The walkway starts to fall.  I grab the side.  But some of my men fall to the machines under us.  The rest of my us mountain climb to the doorway on the other side.  I look down to my men that fell.  I see that some of them are ok, others aren't so fine, and some won't be coming out with us.  I tell the ones that are okay to search down there and then go through to the door on their right and try to find the cafeteria.  Then stake out there until we meet up with them.  My men  with me continue on. 
We walk into a room that has a few desks, and then a pool of water in the middle, but the water looks black, with some red.  And then there is a desk that has been ripped in two.  One of my ,men picks up a scrap of wood from the desk and throws it into the water.  It dissolves like salt.  We carefully walk around the pool into the room that is through the window with the desks.  There are some people in lab coats lying on the ground.  They have deep scratches on their backs.  The scratches are the same color as the pool of water.  We walk through the door in the back.  But as we are walking through, the door slams behind us, with a few of my men left inside.  We then hear screaming, and then nothing.  We try to open the door, but it won't move.   It takes a while....but we finally get it open, and on the ground are my men who were left behind.  I see something out of the corner of my eye, like a living shadow with something red.  It goes through a hole in the side of the wall.  I send 1/7 of my men to the door.  and then the rest of us go through the hole, after the creature, after the Beast.
We ran into a huge room with a lot of tables and a serving area in  the back.  A cafeteria one of my men whispered.  We looked around for the Beast. Split up into three groups, I yelled to my men, one group search the left, the other group search the right half.  My group will search the serving area.  The serving area was a small room with a kitchen in the back, me and 2/3 of my group will search the kitchen, the rest search this area and keep an eye out, remember, we are against a Beast.  The kitchen was almost like any other kitchen you might see, just bigger.  With 3 ovens, 5 sinks, 3 stoves, and A room to the back that looked like a walk in refrigerator.  Half of my men search this area, the other half will come with me into the refrigerator room.  The refrigerator room had shelves in it with drinks, meat, and desserts like cake and ice cream.  There wasn't much to search.  I was just looking around when I heard a scream from the cafeteria.  My menand I ran to the scream along with the rest of my group, and what we saw, or started to see, wasn't good.  There was a black shape that was surrounded by a bunch of my men on the floor, then the shape made a giant burst of sound, and all the lights in the cafeteria went out, it was pitch dark.  I put on my night vision goggles, and what I saw I couldn't believe, I saw a creature with sharp claws and red eyes, it was in the shape of a man, but what was scary was that it didn't have the skin of a man, it didn't really have skin at all.  What i saw was a shadow, yes, a shadow.  It wasn't against the floor, or being casted by something.  It was the shape of a normal person, but it looked like a shadow, dark, but see through.  Then, I understood why we couldn't see it when it cut the steel rope, or in the place with the pool, or in the room with the selves, and then in here.  It was a shadow, so it could hide in the shadows.  I only got a short glimpse of it, before it ran out the door.  But that was all I needed, and a knew, that this wasn't a normal mission.  This was going to be the hardest mission I had ever done.  This will be a life or death mission.  This mission, was a battle against a Beast.  This mission, was a fight, inside the Lab of the Beast, Inside the belly of the Beast. 
We go into a room with shelves of boxes and food.  Or some food, a lot of it is gone, and some of the shelves have been torn down and overturned. “ Okay, let's search this area”. I said.  There wasn't much to take, infact, there wasn't anything to take.  I couldn't find any trace of the Beast, and there were 3 doors, we didn't know which one to go through.  Then, one of my men yelled out that he found something.  We went over, and he told us to look at the doors, I didn't see anything weird.  I asked him what was the problem.  He said  that there wasn't anything on the door.  One of my men said so what? He said that if the Beast cut the steel ropes that were holding the walkway up, he would need something sharp, very sharp.  And the Beast wasn't holding anything.  Get to the point one of my men yelled out.  He said, that would mean the Beast has claws  would be the only thing strong enough to cut the steel ropes.  And if the Beast had claws, when he pushed on something, it would make a mark.  And if these doors don't have a mark on them...  Then that means the Beast is still in here I finished his sentence.  All my men then turned around, ready to attack.  Then, a creature flew through the air over us, and went through the door on the left.  After him!  I yelled, but I didn't need to, my men were all ready running through the door.
We ran into a room that looked like what used to be a study room.  But now there was a huge thing in the middle of the room.  It had the same color as the water in the room we were in before. It looked like it came from the ground.  It was a huge shard of something.  One of my men walked out and touched it, and before anyone could stop him he almost disintegrated right in front of us.  There was nothing left of him.  Then, the door on the other side of the room bursts open, and in limbs one of the men I sent after the walkway collapsed.  I asked him what happened.  He said that they were trying to find the cafeteria when all of a sudden they went into a room with a bunch of huge crystals like the one in this room.  A few of the men walked out and touch one, and before he knew what happened they were gone.  Then, they heard a scream behind them, they turned around and there was the Beast.  It attacked them and got all of the men, but He got out because he ran to the back of the room-  and then, the Beast jumped out and got him, right In mid sentence.  Then the Beast charged at us, and attacked us, he got most of my men.  And before I knew it, I was the only one left.  I ran out the door and back into the room with the shelves.  I ran out to the room in the middle, with the Beast close behind me.
I ran and I ran, I knew that I had only a few, if not none, of my men left.  The Beast was closing in on me, I didn't know what to do.  Then, I saw a door on the side of the wall, I ran through it.  It brought me back into the room with the walkway.  The walkway was still hanging, but I don't know how long it would stay like that.  I started to turn back when I got knocked down.  I started to fall and managed to grab the the railing.  I looked up and saw the Beast looking over me.  He brought back his claws, getting ready to attack me, when all of a sudden he got hit from behind.  He fell forward and slide past me into the darkness of the machines below.  I looked up and saw my Best friend standing above me.  Need a hand? he says.  He had deep marks all on his face.  And his uniform was torn up.  Where are the rest of the men? I asked him.  Your welcome for saving your life he says to me.  Now is not the time for thank you, now is the time for explaining.  Fine, here's what happened.  I was outside with the men, when all of a sudden, a creature jump out and started attacking us.  He got all of my men.  I started running inside to get you when he grabbed my leg and started scratching me with its claws.  The I through a punch in its jaw and kicked its knee. It loosened its grip and I ran inside after you.  Then, I found you hanging on the side of the broken walkway with the monster leaning over you, and the rest is history.  Thanks I said, and then I heard a horrible sound from below and the walkway started shaking.  I looked down and saw the Beast, climbing back up using its claws to dig into the floor and climb like if it was climbing a mountain.  RUN! I screamed to my friend as we started climbing for the door.  We aren't going to make it!  He yelled at me.  The Beast was gaining on us fast.  Then, he grabbed onto the leg of my friend.  NO! I yelled as he pulled him down.  I throw myself at the Beast but he just Through me at the door that leads to the outside.  GO! my friend yells.  ESCAPE!   NO! I CAN'T LEAVE YOU!  But there was nothing I could do.  My friend took out a knife and started sawing the cord that was holding the walkway up.  And I watch in horror as he broke it, sending him, and the Beast falling below and the walkway smashing on top of both of them.
I ran outside and looked around.  There were bodies everywhere.  And none of them were moving anytime soon.  I ran over to the van and got onto the two way radio and called on a helicopter.  I waited in silence for one to come and save me.  Then one started coming out of the distance.  It landed and I got in.  The pilot knew not to asked about where everybody else was. He started to fly away when something shot out from the ground and hit the pilot.  We started falling.  I looked at the pilot and say in terror that he wasn't going to be able to fly anything any more.  He had almost like a shadow blade in his head. I looked down at the ground which was approaching fast and saw the Beast, standing there, looking at scary as ever.  I knew that my only chance of surviving was to jump out.  But then I thought of all the men that creature has killed, and decided that I would be the one to take my revenge.  I grab the controls of the helicopter and saw that the engine was hit and that there was no way I could get this under control.  But I could make it fall towards something.  So I directed it towards the Beast, and as I was closing in on it, I knew that it was worth it, my life was worth avenging my best friend.  And that was the last thought that went through my mind before I hit the Beast.
    Five days later
This is the mission report of find and search mission 142.  We got to the last place the pick up helicopter was tracked.  And found it to be the sight of mission F.T.S.  At the abandoned lab.  We found the land scattered with bodies and the helicopter was crashed into the ground and it must have exploded.  We found two bodies inside the helicopter.  One of the Pilot and one of the commander of mission F.T.S.  We also found a trail some sort of liquid on the ground.  It looked like water but it was black with spots of red.  Also under the liquid we found deep claw marks on the ground.  It leads away from the lab and ends in a mountain side that seems to have boulders blocking the entrance of a cave.  We did everything we could but the boulders would not move.   I have a feeling whatever is in that cave isn't dead yet.  This is  the end of the Mission report of find and search mission 142.
