Last night I dreamt that I was swimming in Lake Michigan. But when I was in the water, I was approached by a mermaid, who was also Taylor Swift. She had a periwinkle tail and told me that she could turn back into a human. She transformed back into a human and we traveled to Tokyo where we met up with artist and director Melanie Martinez, who was an elf. The three of us decided to go out to eat at a local restaurant where I ordered a chai latte with a side of toast. The server, named Josh, told us that our total came to “$111”, but instead of paying we quoted Rosa Parks and told him “no”. We then ran out of the restaurant and relinquished ourselves of having to pay the bill. Yay! Me and my girlfriends continued on in our journey, walking step by step in our matching Doc Martens. Being outside, the weather changed from rain with sun to downpours. We were getting flooded by waves of rainwater, but when I was drowning that’s when I could finally breathe. In the water, all three of us had become mermaids! Bruh but then I woke up. I hate that dream had to end.
