Responsibilty
sponsibility is something a person learns before they go off to college. For me, having a job all throughout high school has taught me just that. In 9th grade I got my first job at a local restaurant in town, Frank’s Place. Starting out, I worked 2-3 days a week but once I got the hang of it, I was there 4-5 days a week. Having this job made me realize it is always important to be punctual, being on time is very important and it makes you better too. This job also showed me how important is it to save your money and it made me realize how much I liked working around people which is also why I am choosing accounting as my major. Penn State’s accounting program has so much to offer and while visiting the campus I felt right at home. I feel as though Penn State is the best fit for me because how comfortable I felt on campus and being in a place I feel comfortable and really enjoy will help me to improve my studying habits and learn as efficiently as possible.

I was inspired to write this piece because I wanted the colleges I applied to, to know that I would be a good fit for that school.
